Processing time
Arc 26 is handcrafted to order.  Please allow up to 3 weeks for your bag to be made before shipping.  Ready-to-ship items and accessories are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has been shipped.  We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or damaged packages
