Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.  If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please reach out before sending it back.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item.  Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out or fill out a new CONTACT PAGE.
